Why ACESO
Many youth sports injuries, particularly those caused by overuse, can be prevented with proper education, potentially reducing the 1.3 million annual emergency room visits. ACESO is dedicated to injury prevention, helping young athletes stay safe.
By choosing ACESO—Active Care & Education in Sports and Outreach Foundation—we emphasize our commitment to proactive education, hands-on care, and community outreach. The name encapsulates our vision of empowering the next generation with the knowledge and tools they need to stay safe, healthy, and prepared both on and off the field.
